Refund policy

為保障顧客及商戶雙方利益，請細閱以下條款：

🧾 一般條款

  • 所有貨品一經售出，不設退款或退貨。
  • 如顧客對產品有任何質量問題，請於收貨後3天內透過 WhatsApp（+852 60555715 / 84189399）與我們聯絡，並提供購買收據及產品照片以供核實。
  • 經確認屬於生產或包裝問題（例如嚴重瑕疵、漏件），可於保持原包裝及完整狀態下申請更換同款產品。
  • 產品一經拆封、使用、抽開卡包、或因非品質問題造成損壞，恕不接受退換。
  • 如為抽包產品（例：卡包、盒裝產品等），因開包結果屬隨機性質，恕不設任何形式退換或退款。

📦 退換貨流程

  1. 於收貨後3天內聯絡我們，並提供：
    • 購買收據／訂單編號
    • 問題產品照片或影片
  2. 我們將於核實後通知是否符合退換條件。
  3. 經批准後，請將貨品以原包裝寄回或帶回本店，由我們安排換貨。

⚠️ 特別情況

  • 福袋、限量活動商品、拍賣品、或標示「不設退換」之商品：一律不設退換或退款。
  • 如因個人主觀原因（例如：開包結果不滿意、購買錯誤、臨時改變主意），將不接受退換。
  • 火龍卡店保留最終決定權及修改條款之權利，毋須另行通知。

To protect the interests of both customers and the store, please read the following terms carefully:

🧾 General Terms

  • All items sold are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • If there are any quality issues with the product, please contact us via WhatsApp (+852 60555715 / 84189399) within 3 days of receiving your order, and provide your purchase receipt and product photos for verification.
  • If confirmed to be a manufacturing or packaging issue (e.g. severe defects, missing parts), you may request an exchange for the same product in its original packaging and unused condition.
  • Once the product has been opened, used, unsealed, or damaged due to non-manufacturing reasons, it is not eligible for exchange or refund.
  • For sealed or randomized products (e.g. card packs, boxes), due to their random nature, no return or refund will be accepted based on pull results.

📦 Exchange Procedure

  1. Contact us within 3 days of receipt and provide:
    • Your purchase receipt or order number
    • Photos or videos of the issue
  2. We will verify and confirm whether the case qualifies for exchange.
  3. Once approved, please return the product in its original packaging to our store or by mail for replacement.

⚠️ Special Cases

  • Lucky Bags, limited event items, auction items, or any products marked “no exchange” are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Returns will not be accepted for subjective reasons such as “unsatisfactory pull results”, “wrong purchase”, or “change of mind”.
  • Blazing Dragon Cards and Toys Limited reserves the final right of decision and may amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
